Clyde Hill sits between Bellevue and Lake Washington, and its homes tend to be large, custom, and built to a high standard. The roofing work here matches that expectation: premium materials, precise flashing, and crews that protect landscaping and keep a clean site.

Yarrow Point is a small waterfront community where roofs are highly visible and property expectations are high. Most of the work we do here is premium: designer asphalt, standing seam metal, and meticulous flashing on complex custom homes.

Most Sammamish homes were built from the late 1990s through the 2000s, which puts a very large share of the plateau's original asphalt roofs right at the end of their service life today.

Issaquah sits right against the Cascade foothills, and roofs here see more rainfall, more shade, and heavier moss pressure than almost anywhere else we work.

Woodinville's larger wooded lots are beautiful and hard on roofs. Heavy overhanging canopy means constant debris, deep shade, and moss that comes back every year if nobody treats it.

Redmond is a mix of 1980s–90s neighborhoods in Education Hill and Grass Lawn and much newer construction around downtown, so roof ages here run the full spectrum.

Mercer Island homes tend to be architecturally distinctive — mid-century moderns, contemporary rebuilds, and waterfront properties with low-slope sections that need membrane rather than shingles.

We work North Seattle most heavily — Ballard, Greenwood, Northgate, Wedgwood, and the neighborhoods above the ship canal — where 1920s–1950s housing stock means steep small roofs, old chimneys, and a lot of previous repair work to undo.
