A professional roof inspection is $99. An attic-space inspection is an additional $99, and a $99 trip fee applies when the property is more than 50 miles from our Lynnwood base or a ferry crossing is required. The $99 inspection fee is credited toward your invoice if you hire us for the repair or replacement within 30 days of the inspection, and an itemized estimate is emailed after the inspection.
