Carrying a valid contractor registration is a legal requirement for performing residential roofing work in Washington, and we maintain ours in good standing as part of our commitment to honest, accountable service.
12. Promotional Offer Disclaimer
The following limited time promotions apply only when combined with a full roof replacement above 1,500 sq ft or a service above $10,000 before tax: 50% off new gutters and 10% off metal roofs. Both offers must be redeemed by October 1, 2026. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to project approval and terms provided at the time of estimate.
13. Inspection Pricing & Fees
Roof inspections are a paid service. The following fees apply and are collected upfront at the time of booking, which confirms the appointment:
- Roof inspection — $99 per inspection
- Attic-space inspection — additional $99
- Trip fee — additional $99 when the property is more than 50 miles from our Lynnwood base, or when a ferry crossing is required
Only the $99 roof inspection fee is credited toward a repair, replacement or maintenance plan if you hire Blitz Roofing LLC within 30 days of the inspection. The attic-space add-on and any trip fee are not credited and are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.
If you do not hire us within 30 days, the roof inspection fee is also non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched. A written, itemized estimate is emailed to you after the inspection is completed.
14. SMS Privacy
Mobile information will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
